If you use Facebook, unless you have your head in the sand, you will have noticed that there are a lot of changes being made by the powers that be at Facebook HQ. Some are available now, but others are being gradually rolled-out.
One of the most-talked about changes is that of the timeline on personal profiles – I’ve enabled this on my profile, but had to go into the dark and gloomy developer area of Facebook to do it! It’s not difficult to do and if you want to be one of the first to have the timeline then follow the instructions on the Mashable site and see how you go.
When you have enabled the timeline, I would be interested to hear what you think. As with anything new it is taking me a while to get used to the look and find the information available, but I guess I will get used to it … someday! I have always know that Facebook stores everything you have put on Facebook, but the timeline makes this very obvious. What do you think? NB: If you want to download the information you have added to Facebook, go to a previous post on this blog (or see link in the list below) to learn how to do it.
