Brief: Repurpose, project manage and provide marketing consultancy for the IPM’s COGS Awards.
Activity: An analysis of previous years informed the strategy for the awards programme. The result was a streamlining of the categories, tighter criteria to reflect industry best practice, project management for successful delivery of the scheme, and marketing consultancy and copywriting for the communications and commercial teams.
